  • Hydration is critical. Start drinking plenty of water with electrolytes daily, beginning at least one week before your appointment. Well-hydrated skin responds better to treatment and heals more efficiently.


Day of Treatment: What Happens During Your Appointment


Your appointment will be scheduled for approximately 90 minutes. Here’s what that includes:


  • Hydration Check: We’ll assess your skin’s hydration levels and apply a hydrating mask if needed to ensure your skin is in optimal condition for treatment.
  • Topical Numbing: A numbing cream will be applied and left on for about 30 minutes to ensure your comfort.
  • NeoGen PSR Treatment: The actual procedure will take around 30 minutes and will be performed on the full face (or other designated areas).
